Whole-Home Interior Repaint
We charge on average, $4.75 - $6.25 per SQ FT or *$7,125.00 - $9,3750.00 For all walls, ceilings, and trim.
Includes labor, necessary prep, materials, sundries, and touch-ups.
*Project: Unoccupied 1500 SQ FT residential interior with 8-9 foot flat ceilings, walls that are in good shape-- only minor filling required.
*Trim doors and baseboards in good shape (1x4 flat stock trim, no crown moldings or wainscoting).

Are we insured and carry liability insurance?
Yes, we carry 5-million in liability insurance, and we are registered and in good standing with WorkSafe BC.
Do we sand before painting and between coats?
Yes, always.
What finish do we recommend on interior surfaces?
Eggshell and Matte for walls, Satin/Pearl or Semi-Gloss for trim, doors and baseboards, and Flat for ceilings.

Do we caulk and fill?
Necessary caulking and filling are included in all interior painting quotes.
How many coats of paint do we apply?
When changing colours, we apply a minimum of two coats of paint. If we’re not changing colours, only one coat is necessary over previously finished surfaces.
How long does it take to paint a house?
Two or three days per 500 square feet for ceilings, walls, trim, doors and baseboards.
