Seriously Painting Ltd.'s 5 Year Warranty

Seriously Painting Ltd. warrants that paint and stain products applied by Seriously Painting Ltd. will not:

1. Crack and peel from properly prepared surfaces to expose previously painted substrates or bare materials. 

2. Blister from adequately prepared surfaces.

3. Wear down excessively under normal use conditions. 

 

Seriously Painting Ltd.'s warranty shall be limited to 5 years from the date of completion. The warranty is non-transferable. If the conditions stated above are not met Seriously Painting Ltd. will repair affected surfaces at no charge to the original customer. Warranty claims must be made within five years of the date of completion.

Seriously Painting Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

The warranty does not cover wear due to excessive or abnormal use (poorly installed doors that rub when closed, etc.), damage caused by vandalism, drywall cracks, and caulking separation.

Seriously Painting Ltd. doesn't warranty the adhesion of paints or stains over difficult substrates, including ceramic tile or glass.
